Tea and I go a long way back. I have always loved drinking tea. The ritual of it, scents, tastes, accessories, tea pots, the whole package. Love It! I love buying tea, trying tea, high tea, having tea and I even crave tea. A big, fat cuppa. Love most teas with milk, unless it is herbal, I love adding milk and a little sugar.

Making a Great Pot of Tea

Here’s how I make a great pot of tea

a) start with fresh cold water.

b) bring to a boil

c) pour and swirl some of the boiled water into the pot to warm it.

d) add in tea and hot water, steep (be patient and don’t stir!) e) Enjoy!

I didn’t start drinking coffee until I was twenty five (love coffee now), but coffee and tea drinking are different experiences. I collect tea and drink it everyday, co consequently I have many, many teas.

Here is a sneak peak into my tea drawer.

  1. I’m a tea-drinker and always like when there’s news about tea. But now I’ve heard about a coffee-flavored tea http://tinyurl.com/coffeeT and wonder, are there double benefits there? I know I won’t be trying it, though.

    • Hi! Thanks for writing. Coffee flavored tea?? What’s the point? A strong tea, great, but like coffee. Must be some people that like it. Not for me either. On that note, time for another cup. What is your all time favorite tea, you know not brand, but type? Have a great day!
