I am hungry…hungry to write a new book!
WRITING A NEW COOKBOOK. A NEW JOURNEY. A NEW EBOOK.
Well, the journey of writing a cookbook begins. This time it will be vastly different. My little inspiration for writing is now four years old (well soon) and he is a huge distraction! It was SO much easier when all he would do was sit in his highchair, sleep, eat, entertain himself, nap for hours. Now he is a whirling, twilring, non-stop chat machine! Lovely, darling, amazing little boy, but woah, is it a challenge, hard…no some days down near impossible (though I still manage to get a lot done, most days I don’t know how I do it!).
So, what is the solution? Late nights *sigh*. He keeps waking early, I guess he must sense when I am up because even if I woke at 5am, 15-30 minutes later (or somedays, one minute!) he is up and there went my window of opportunity.
NEW EBOOKS!
The days are intense jammed packed and filled with all things work. It is great, my dream work and truly amazing. The connecting, changing people’s lives, helping take the stress out of their meals and life, opening their eyes to the world of food made easy, and I mean truly easy. From all over the globe they come and visit my site. I’d love them all to have a copy of my book – which is why I made it available as an eBook. Not to mention this is the new face of publishing. eBooks just make so much sense. I plan to produce mine with the same quality and attention to detail as my hardcopy book, but in electronic format. I am excited about the next one. Oh the surprises I have in store for you! You are going to love it!
MORE EXCITEMENT!
There is much more on the stove and I am eager to share it with you…so keep checking back for details, or better yet, sign up for the newsletter and get the scoop! I’ll be sharing it all when the time is right.
Now, I am hungry. Working late makes me a little nippish. Hey, I see some muffins!!
In the meantime, if it is late I am usually up writing…

Sounds very exciting. I’m trying to get fiction published.
Hi Lawrence. Tell me a bit about your project! I am interested to hear form other writers about their experiences and journey.
~ Angela
Basically, I’m based in the UK and I’ve written two psychological thrillers and am waiting to hear back from a literary agent regarding the first. It’s been quite tough going (definitely stressful) but I’m hoping something will work out with this agent. I’ve also done a lot of research into self-publishing, online publishing, e-books, and Print On Demand, so I’m aware there will always be opportunities for the novels to be read, but I’m hoping to go down the mainstream route for now.
I also go to a novelist group. This really helps, as a writer is never purely objective about their own work.
I’ve posted several articles about my work and creative writing techniques in general on my blog, along with some writing samples. If you’ve got time, check them out.
Lawrence,
Thanks for sharing. It was great to hear about your project. Sounds exciting and interesting. I wish you all the best on your journey and that is it is a successful and rewarding one.
Best regards,
~ Angela
